AgRewards Program Temporarily Paused for Enhancements

Jul 16, 2025

At Ag Partners Cooperative, we’re always looking for meaningful ways to bring added value to our patrons. This spring, AgRewards was launched with that very goal in mind. From the start, customer engagement exceeded expectations, and we were encouraged by the initial response.

However, we’ve recently identified some behind-the-scenes functionality and tracking issues within the program that need to be addressed to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

Because of this, we have made the decision to temporarily pause the AgRewards program. We are actively working with our platform partners to resolve these issues and ensure the program operates as intended for the benefit of both our customers and our cooperative.

We understand that some customers may have received AgRewards-related sales commitments. Please be assured that any documented commitments will be honored. Our team will follow up directly with anyone impacted to make things right.

We remain confident in the value a loyalty program brings to our members and are committed to relaunching AgRewards stronger than ever in the near future.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of Ag Partners. If you have questions about the program or how this pause may affect you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your local Ag Partners representative.
